About Inspect and Adapt
I formed Inspect & Adapt in 2006 in order to provide quality support for organisations looking to become more agile in their product development. No engagement is ever the same as any other, as every organisation will find themselves starting from a different place, and I work closely with clients to determine the best approach for them. I am very proud of the high number of clients who choose to continue to work with me and I am also very proud of the changes that I have seen within the teams and organisations that I have worked. I also regularly partner with other experienced coaches and trainers as the situation allows and demands and I promote a fun and interesting approach in all my work.
