The Product Owner is typically a very difficult role for most organisations to fill properly. It is very different to roles that traditionally have existed in many organisations and can be very daunting for somebody new to Scrum to take on. This course will teach the Scrum framework from the Product Owner's point of view, allowing attendees to experience what being a Product Owner is like and what they can expect when playing that role. It will also teach a number of techniques that have proved very useful to Product Owners over the years for attendees to take away and try immediately with their teams.
