Now and again, teams will encounter a challenging situation that they could use some help with. Normally they are faced with two choices: work it out themselves or wait while the arrangements are made for an external coach to come in. The former is risky when the team are new to Scrum while the latter can take time to organise.
This service is a call-off option that will allow teams to get speedy access to short bursts of expert coaching when they need it, or on a pre-determined, regular basis.
Agree a centralised budget of hours and these can be accessed by your team(s) when needed, only paying for what you and your teams use. These hours will not expire!
Typical uses include:
- A sounding board for the management of your agile transition
- Dialling me in to a conference/meeting paying for just the time that you use.
- Regular coaching and mentoring of internal ScrumMasters and/or agile coaches
- Problem exploration within projects
