The Offering

This Certified Agile Leadership program will cover the rationale behind the need for a new organisational culture and structure. The goal of this course is to create awareness about the changing dynamics in today’s world of work and equip leaders with the practices they need to effectively lead their teams and their people through a journey of cultural change. Agile teams require an alternative to the traditional leadership approaches of the past in order to achieve better outcomes and thrive in this VUCA world.

This course will help participants understand how their natural dispositions might affect their team and how to influence the workplace and empower teams to thrive. Leaders will learn how to create a safe-to-fail environment while fostering a culture of transparency, inspection and adaptation to allow for experimentation and continuous learning throughout the organisation.

Is this for you?

Who is this aimed at?

This course is aimed at leaders and change agents within organisations who want to help grow a more engaged, empowered and resilient culture. Anyone wondering how to scale the success of agile teams to the wider organisations while avoiding the mechanical, one-size-fits-all frame works such as SAFe. Ideally delegates should hold influence within the organisation and be prepared to influence, coach and lead their colleagues through a long transition. This is not a course for simple theory accumulation; the benefits will come if you bring your specific context to the workshop and are prepared to start applying it before taking it back for further adoption.
