As well as the additional theory and tools, this workshop will allow you to bring your specific context into the discussion and test the models against your current challenges
This three-day workshop will cover how leaders can assess themselves in different ways and build on the insights of that assessment so that the whole organisation can move to a place of greater autonomy and interconnection. We will explore tools to facilitate conflict resolution, coherent decision-making, coaching and story-telling.
Using value as our starting point, we will practice the process of identifying different value streams creating a dynamic process hat responds to the requirements of markets and customers.We will also explore methods that enhance the performance and autonomy of the teams that will develop out of this adaptive approach to organisational structure.
Finally we will look at the principle of Validating Change in Small Increments in order to nurture a learning organisation.You will be introduced to high-level strategy concepts in engaging with markets and responding to market challenges.We will also spend a lot of time engaging with the StrategyMap, creating a transparent and participatory approach to strategy that is at the same time responsive to change. A balance of navigation and goal-setting without simplification
