The brand-new Product Mastery Pathway™️ supports the growth of Product Owners and Product Managers into great Product Leaders based on the best-selling book Product Mastery by Geoff Watts. A combination of in-person workshops (face-to-face or online), eLearning modules, textbooks, group coaching workshops and smartphone app this Pathway supports product leaders over time as they evolve and apply the theory to their practical day to day work.
Trainers of this Product Mastery Pathway™️ will have experience of Product Ownership or Product Management as well as coaching and training skills. They will be intimately familiar with Geoff's work and a passion for supporting product leaders' growth and development over time rather than simply providing a one-off transactional training course.
The Train The Trainer program involves each prospective student teaching two modules of the Product Mastery Pathway™️ Explorer module. The event will be structured as follows:
Day 1 & 2 will be a full run-through of the Product Mastery Pathway™️ Explorer module with each student teaching one module (with curriculum, structure and materials provided by Geoff) and receiving feedback from the students and Geoff.
Day 3 & 4 will be another run-through of the full Product Mastery Pathway™️ Explorer module with each student teaching a different module. Students will have the chance to deliver the curriculum provided by Geoff or design their own module focussed on the learning objectives of that module.

◦ Being informed about the product, the market and the people involved
◦ Adopting a Versatile leadership approach
◦ Empowering the team, stakeholders and yourself
◦ Negotiating with stakeholders (and yourself)
◦ Preparing for the Navigator Sessions
Here the students will work through the logistics of setting up their own Product Mastery Pathway™️ events and get set up as an official Licensed Agile Mastery Pathway™️ Trainer.
Explorer Workshop: September 12th-14th (13:00 - 18:00 UK Time)
Navigator Workshops: Oct 17th, Nov 14th, Dec 12th, Jan 16th, Mar 1st (15:00 - 18:00 UK time)
Adventurer Workshop: February 20th & 21st (13:00 - 18:00 UK Time)
For those who are already licensed as Scrum Mastery Pathway Guides, this is a one-day expansion module to license you as Product Mastery Pathway Guides.
