No matter where you are in the official org-chart, agile leadership is something that is spread throughout the organisation.
This workshop will open you up to the ORGANIC leadership model, help you understand your preferred leadership approaches, when they are more or less appropriate and help you stretch into other leadership stances to become a more-rounded, holistic agile leader.
